The North Shore Housing List provides a consolidated overview of the most affordable housing options
currently available in the market. This resource is designed to assist individuals, families, and service
providers in navigating the often complex and competitive housing landscape on the North Shore.
The list is shared once weekly, currently on Thursdays, and has a maximum in place of $2400. Though this
limits the quantity and type of listings, we feel it is difficult to label anything above that amount “affordable”.
