Queen Mary Family Learning Program
Who:

- Newcomer parents, caregivers, grandparents, and relatives
- People with developmental challenges of all ages
What:

- Learn and practice English language skills
- Meet other newcomers in the community
- Learn about Canadian schools, community services, and society
- Held at Saint John’s Anglican Church
- Program provided in collaboration with the City of North Vancouver

Lower Lonsdale Literacy Outreach Program
Who:

- Adults of all ages who want to improve their English and/or digital literacy skills
What:

- One-on-one tutoring at for people who want to improve their English and/or digital literacy skills
- Match with a tutor at John Braithwaite Community Centre (145 West 1st Street, North Vancouver), and then meet your tutor virtually or in-person at a location that works for both of you
- Program provided in collaboration with North Shore Neighbourhood House, Impact North Shore, City of North Vancouver Library, and the City of North Vancouver

Who: People of all ages wishing to improve their English literacy skills and seniors.
What: People wishing to improve their English literacy skills form a long-term connection with a senior in the community who they write letters to back-and-forth.
